Chocolate Chip Cookies
Introduction
Some chocolate chip cookies from a recipe off YouTube.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (112 g) White Sugar
- 3/4 cup 2 tbsp (200 g) Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (112 g) Unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) Kosher salt
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tsp (6 g) Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cup (200 g) Flour
- 1/2 tsp (4 g) Baking soda
- 7 oz (200 g) Dark chocolate
Method
- Mix sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until thoroughly mixed
- Add salt, flour and baking soda to mix
- Mix in chocolate shards
- Let sit for 20 min
- Roll into large balls on baking tray
- Bake for 12-15 min at 180 C
