Honey Cake

Introduction
Honey cake, good for Jewish New Year.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 100g walnuts, roughly cut
Method
- Beat eggs
- Add sugar and mix
- Add all dry ingredients and mix
- Add oil, honey and water and mix until combined
- Add brandy and nues
- Cook at 160C in fan forced oven for 50-60 minutes
