Introduction

Some chocolate chip cookies from a recipe off YouTube.

Ingredients

1/2 cup (112 g) White Sugar
3/4 cup 2 tbsp (200 g) Packed brown sugar
1/2 cup (112 g) Unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp (3 g) Kosher salt
1 Whole egg
1 Egg yolk
2 tsp (6 g) Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup (200 g) Flour
1/2 tsp (4 g) Baking soda
7 oz (200 g) Dark chocolate

Method

Mix sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until thoroughly mixed
Add salt, flour and baking soda to mix
Mix in chocolate shards
Let sit for 20 min
Roll into large balls on baking tray
Bake for 12-15 min at 180 C
