===== Introduction =====
Some chocolate chip cookies from a recipe off YouTube.

===== Ingredients =====
  * 1/2 cup (112 g) White Sugar
  * 3/4 cup 2 tbsp (200 g) Packed brown sugar
  * 1/2 cup (112 g) Unsalted butter, melted
  * 1/2 tsp (3 g) Kosher salt
  * 1 Whole egg
  * 1 Egg yolk
  * 2 tsp (6 g) Vanilla Extract
  * 1 1/2 cup (200 g) Flour
  * 1/2 tsp (4 g) Baking soda
  * 7 oz (200 g) Dark chocolate

===== Method =====
  - Mix sugar, butter, egg and vanilla until thoroughly mixed
  - Add salt, flour and baking soda to mix
  - Mix in chocolate shards
  - Let sit for 20 min
  - Roll into large balls on baking tray
  - Bake for 12-15 min at 180 C
